Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your delivery status.

Please ensure that all shipping and contact information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Gulf Amber is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always aim to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

The wrong item was received
The product arrived damaged
The item has a manufacturing defect

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for return or exchange.

To process your request, clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided. All returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging condition.

Please note that opened, used, or tested perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

If a return or exchange request is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Gulf Amber.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Gulf Amber.
